WhatsApp reminders

Guests forget. They forget to RSVP, they forget there's a gift list, and you end up chasing them one by one on WhatsApp all week long. I've been there.

On your site that turns into an automatic reminder: a WhatsApp message and an email, sent only once at each moment, 30 days before, 7 days before and the day before, always at 10 in the morning.

Anyone who hasn't RSVPed yet gets the message with the Confirm attendance button. Anyone who hasn't given a gift yet gets the one with See the gift list. One tap and they sort it out right there, without hunting for anything.

On the day before, only the guests who RSVPed get the It's tomorrow! message, with the time, address and dress code one tap away. Anyone who never RSVPed gets nothing that day.

And if someone in a family has already given a gift, you choose: the gift reminder stops for just that person or for the whole family.

Each reminder goes out only once, and anyone who doesn't want them just replies SAIR. No nagging, just the little nudge that was missing.
